The G MAX MATCH 1 is certain to be a huge success amongst top flight anglers who want the best pole for all their UK fishing. One major element which we have taken into account is the pressure that is put on the bigger sections when slapping and flicking the rig when fishing at long lengths. The design build of the G MAX MATCH 1 means that the lower sections especially are now built to dramatically slow down the delaminating process which occurs when 'slapping' meaning that your pole will now last you longer! We have also incorporated a much better finish on the lower sections. By creating a slightly ribbed finish on the butt sections making it even easier to ship whatever the weather. These undulations prevent your hands from sticking to the sections in a similar way to Formula 1 cars using grooved tyres in the wet! Another fantastic idea to help your fishing! The G MAX MATCH 1 stacks up against every other pole on the market whatever you ask of it from fishing for silvers on the river or canal right through to commercial carping with extreme confidence. - Lightness. Only 639g at 11.5m & 880g at 13m ! The homogenized Super modulus Carbon maximizes performance at minimal weight. - Rigidity - Extremely rigid even at 16m means that lifting into bites is easy; rig control more simple; and battling the elements much easier. - Strength - Noticeably strong especially where it is needed. All key sections have been reinforced which considerably extends the life of the pole, even when 'slapping' ! - Finish - Ultra smooth finish throughout and ship friendly graphics make the pole a dream to use whatever the weather. Super fit joints and arrow aligners help deliver maximum performance all the time. - Lite Combo Kits - wide bore tops combine sections 1 & 2 to create a lighter, stiffer better balanced top kit which fits straight into the number 4 section. The pole has a Match Lite 2.90m top 2 kit in it which will easily cope with elastics up to size 12 (1.4mm) and reduces the kit weight by over 20% from old style kits offering much better rigidity and balance. There are also 2.90m Power Lite kits supplied which are designed for elastics up to 20 (2.1mm).
