When launched, Daiwa Certate truly brought a giant leap forward in design, revolvingaround one ground breaking material – magnetic fluid. Developed byNASA to magnetically seal when delivering fuel to space ships, thistechnology was adapted to Daiwa’s flagship reel.

By combining innovative design and new CRBB bearings witha magnetic oil membrane, water, salt and grit intrusion is now a thing of the past. This barrier not only protects but enhances performance and significantly improves reel life expectancy.

Add to that new Air Rotor system; the CAD designed, ultra light yet, ultra tough rotor construction improves the reel sensitivity and ease of rotation.The innovation continues with the Real Four next generation in spinning reeltechnology including the new ABS2, the super smooth UTD drag system, RealStopper anti reverse system and the tough, yet lightweight, Digigear drive.
