This is effectively two rods for the price of one as the blank has the perfect action for playing and landing carp at either 9ft 6in or 11ft.

On the majority of popular carp lakes, distance casting is not necessary, indeed many fish are to be caught right in the margins. On these occasions a short rod is a real advantage allowing you to tuck in tight against the vegetation and to control and land fish more efficiently.
